Jennifer and Jay Bartholomew are the founders of The Gentle Spirit, Healing Arts for Inner Peace

They have dedicated their lives to the study of martial arts, movement, meditation and healing practices.

We believe in the powerful healing dynamic between student and practitioner and the body's innate ability to move towards balance. We practice a shamanic lineage of Chinese Medicine which uses QiGong healing and exercises, dietary therapy, meditation, mantras, mudras and inspiration to bring our students into harmony within their body, mind and spirit.
